Are Attorney Retainers Refundable?

Under a retainer agreement you pay a bulk amount upfront. The attorney then bills against the retainer hourly as he works on your case. When the representation ends, if there is a remaining balance it is refunded to you. 

What hours are you open?

The office is open Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. This could be change due to certain holidays. I do appreciate if you call to make an appointment first. (256) 297-1052. You can also text that number.
