Arab, AL Attorney

Nelson Johnson is a local Arab, Alabama Lawyer that cares about his community. Nelson grew up in Arab and was a student in the Arab City School System. After becoming an attorney he returned to his hometown of Arab to serve his local community and raise his son near family. He and his Wife, Courtney, love spending time outside, and can often be found hiking local trails of the Alabama Land Trust. Nelson also serves as one of the founding Board Members for the local Arab Soccer Program Arab Uknighted Soccer Club. 

 

Nelson spent a lot of his childhood on his family's small cattle farm just outside the Arab city limits. Working with his father and grandfather he learned the value of hard work and that you get back what you put in. Nelson now uses that work ethic as a lawyer serving his clients.

 

Nelson started his legal career long before law school. His mother has been a paralegal for his entire life. She jokes that he was in a Courtroom before he was born. Nelson took his first job in a law firm at the age of sixteen (16) as a currier. It was in that job that he learned what it meant to serve clients as a lawyer. He made up his mind before graduating from High School that he would one day be an attorney. Nelson interned for a judge while in College and worked for another firm in Huntsville between College and Law School. 

 

Nelson has had the pleasure of working for law firms in the area of Insurance Defense, Plaintiff's Personal Injury, Construction litigation, State Criminal Prosecution and Federal Criminal Prosecution. This wide range of experience gives him a unique outlook on the cases that he works. Nelson is able to look at a case from all angles. This experience provides him a unique outlook and perspective on his cases and allows him to provide an accurate assessment of the cases value.
