Free Personal Injury Consultations

The Insurance Company begins working and investigating the accident as soon as it happens. It is critically important that you have someone doing the same for you. My job is to take the stress of negotiating with the insurance company off of your back, collect the necessary evidence, prepare the case for trial, and present the case at trial if it becomes necessary.

Are Attorney Retainers Refundable?

Under a retainer agreement you pay a bulk amount upfront. The attorney then bills against the retainer hourly as he works on your case. When the representation ends, if there is a remaining balance it is refunded to you.

What is a contingency fee?

When an attorney takes your case on a contingency fee, the attorney is agreeing to only get paid if he can recover compensation for you. Typically this means the attorney asks for no money upfront and will cover all of the expenses of gathering evidence and filing the lawsuit. If he does recover for you, then the attorney would be paid an agreed upon percentage of the winnings.
